The pendent uses our perpendicular optimal reflector to focus the light into the tank. The pendent should be mounted with the bulb perpendicular to the front of the tank. The power cord comes out the side with eye bolts on the back to hang the fixture. It can also be attached to an existing hood. The pendent is made from powder coated aluminum and has a glass lens. This fixture dramatically increases the light into the tank versus the bell shaped pendants. Dimensions:10.75"W 5.5"H 13.25"L
This is an unwired pendant. You will need to do some basic wiring. You'll need to wire the pendant cord (3 wires) and plug (3 wires) with wire nuts (not included) Bulb(s) is not included in the pendant.
This ballast will power any metal halide 250-watt bulb. It does not over-drive the bulb, so output will be at the bulb manufacturer's specifications. By using a constantly changing, very high frequency, the ballast will light any bulb without flicker. Longer bulb life and other features makes this the best ballast for all metal halide applications. Does not come with Molex connector.
