START-UP ISSUESThis bulb has been used for many years on standard probe type magnetic ballasts. Recently it has had many issues with startup and we believe it's been redesigned and now needs a pulse start or electronic ballast to function properly. So we would recommend not using this on probe ballast. If you have a probe start, please consider the Aqualine Buske 10k-175AB bulb instead.
